The unconscious

One of my most life-changing choices, I could not do myself.
Without understanding I plunged myself in a situation that led to the breakup of my marriage. I had not the courage to break the norm of beeing a singelmother, but a series of events led to the separation that gave me back my zest for life.

We can all choose to be more aware. We can choose to ask questions of ourselves and wait for answers.

I was 35 years old and accepted my passivity and thought that this is how it will be when you get old. I did know so little about myself. It was not long after the separation until I regained my forces at full strength. I wanted to understand how it got this way. Here I began my journey, the most exciting trip I can think of to examine how the interaction between people works. I wanted to understand and what we together can do to be happy with each other.

I understood that it begans with the words at Socrates tombstone. Know yourself.

If you want to get to know yourself so note what you like and usually think of.

To study my own thoughts and try to understand where they come from is a constructive way if I want to get to know myself.
